Campane di bronzo

A.E.I. di Perego è specializzato nella realizzazione di campane in bronzo destinate all’installazione nelle più importanti chiese e cattedrali italiane ed estere.

Le nostre campane sono realizzate con una particolare lega di bronzo composta dal 78% di rame e dal restante 22% di stagno, pratica eseguita dalla nostra azienda al fine di assicurare eccelsa qualità sia dal punto di vista estetico che sonoro.

Le campane di bronzo vengono realizzate tramite un processo di fusione, utilizzando una sorta di stampo, detto “falsa campana” realizzato con mattoni di creta, compatta e dura, a cui viene poi applicato uno strato di materiale argilloso misto a fibre naturali, meno duro e facilmente rimovibile. Su questo modello vengono poi applicate con cera, le decorazioni ed eventuali iscrizioni. Il tutto viene poi racchiuso in un’ulteriore forma in creta, definita “camicia”.

La cottura delle forme provocherà lo scioglimento dello strato di cera impiegato per le decorazioni, lasciando quindi le impronte perfettamente impresse sulla parete della camicia che costituirà l’aspetto esteriore in negativo della campana che si andrà a creare.

Una volta cotta, la camicia verrà tolta per ripulire il maschio dallo strato argilloso meno duro. Una volta riposizionata la camicia, tra quest’ultima e la falsa campana si crea lo spazio vuoto che andrà riempito dalla colata in bronzo. Dopo il raffreddamento, la forma verrà aperta ed estratta la campana che dovrà essere pulita e levigata.

Il procedimento che porta alla realizzazione di campane in bronzo è lungo e complesso, ma soprattutto delicato, infatti solo se eseguito con estrema precisione si avrà:

  • grandezza adeguata della campana
  • note musicali precise ed ottima attonatura
  • gradevolezza del suono.
